The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) owns the SAN Lot, an eight-acre strip of land between 92nd Ave and I-205 in the Sumner neighborhood. The Sumner Association of Neighbors has learned that ODOT plans to sell a 2.5 acre parcel within the SAN Lot (see the map below). As our only walkable greenspace we understand how important this land is to the community. We are in communication with local and state representatives to express the desires and wishes of the community for this space.
