This is the fourth weekend of distributing the Sumner Association of Neighbors (SAN) survey door-to-door. There are about 800 residences in our NE Portland neighborhood, and by the end of this holiday weekend, we’ll be about halfway done.
Thank you to all of the very nice people who answered their door and who have been so friendly in accepting the survey questionnaire.
The flow of returned surveys has been modest but steady. A second thank you to all of you who have responded. Your answers will help us shape a plan that reflects the priorities of the people who live here.
If you haven’t completed your survey yet, you still have time. Our deadline is Oct 15. If you haven’t received a survey yet, but you want one, email us at sumner.neighborhood@gmail.com to tell us your block. We can make your block a priority in the coming weeks.
For more about the survey and its purpose, see the Aug 15 blog post.
For more about the draft plan, see draft annual plan for 2009-2010.
We are seeking volunteers to help knock on doors. Even an hour or two will make a big difference. See the Volunteer page for more info or email us at sumner.neighborhood@gmail.com.
